Abstract

This study is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the introduction of innovative management practices of teaching staff in modern educational institutions. The paper presents the results of a comprehensive study covering 126 schools from 8 regions of the Russian Federation, conducted in the period 2021-2023. The methodological tools of the study included a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods: structured interviews with heads of educational institutions (n=214), questionnaires of teaching staff (n=1842), analysis of statistical indicators of the effectiveness of the educational process, as well as continuous monitoring of students' educational outcomes. The data obtained indicate a statistically significant correlation between the introduction of integrated management models for teaching staff and an increase in key performance indicators of the educational process (r=0.76, 0.001). It has been established that the implementation of a competence-based approach in the system of recruitment and development of teaching staff contributes to an increase in academic achievement of students by 17,3% and a decrease in professional burnout of teachers by 22,5%. The model of differentiated stimulation of teaching staff developed in the framework of the study demonstrates high predictive validity (R2=0.82) in relation to qualitative indicators of the educational process. The results of the study expand the theoretical understanding of the mechanisms of the relationship between management practices and pedagogical effectiveness, and also offer a verified toolkit for optimizing personnel policy in educational institutions.
