Educational organization management models based on modern information technologies

Abstract

In the context of the digital transformation of education, the introduction of effective management models for educational organizations based on modern information technologies is becoming particularly relevant. This research is aimed at systematization and analysis of existing approaches to informatization of management processes in educational organizations of various levels. The methodological basis of the work was a systematic approach, documentation analysis, a survey of heads of educational organizations and an expert assessment. The empirical base of the study includes data from a survey of 137 educational institutions from 18 regions of Russia for the period 2022-2024. Four key models of information technology-based management of educational organizations are identified and characterized: basic information, integrated management, digital analytical and ecosystem platform. The organizational and technical parameters of each model, advantages and limitations, as well as conditions for effective implementation are defined. A methodology has been developed to assess the digital maturity of the educational organization s management system, which makes it possible to determine the optimal trajectory of digital transformation. The key barriers to the introduction of digital management models have been identified and practical recommendations for overcoming them have been proposed. The results of the study can serve as a methodological basis for the heads of educational organizations in the design and implementation of strategies for the digital transformation of management processes.
