Abstract

It is generally recognized that speech creativity occupies an important place in the development of personality at all stages of its life. The period of study at the university and the acquisition of a profession is no exception in this, which will determine the most active and prolonged phase of a person's life, but now in the status of a specialist. Meanwhile, Russia's international relations determine the need for specialists who are capable in speech and in their special training for professional foreign language communication, that is, they can successfully interact with foreign interlocutors in various situations and at different levels, depending on the goal or unpredictable situation, and the like. The modern educational paradigm reflects a new view on the relationship of effective teaching of foreign language communication, taking into account the dialogue of cultures and the peculiarities of communication between representatives of different cultures. One of the most important aspects of this problem is the formation of a specialist who knows the basics of intercultural communication at the speech level, which implies achieving mutually coordinated actions with a carrier of excellent culture. It can be argued that the main purpose of teaching a foreign language in the context of dialogue should be considered to prepare students for active cooperation in the modern multicultural world by means of the language being studied. So, teaching law students the basic skill of professional intercultural communication, English should be considered not only as a subject of study, but also as a means of exchanging important professional information of the legal direction by future specialists.
