Abstract

The relevance of this topic lies in the need to develop the foundations of a healthy lifestyle in preschool children through the development of healthy habits and the fostering of a strong moral and value-based attitude toward themselves and those around them. From a very early age, it is essential to instill all hygiene and nutritional skills for future health. Insufficient attention to integrating physical activity and healthy eating into daily preschool practices can lead to long-term negative health consequences for the younger generation. Analysis of the scientific literature demonstrates the importance of this topic in working with children. Physically fit children are better able to overcome difficulties, and mental health is also important. By adhering to a number of principles in developing and nurturing the foundations of a healthy lifestyle in children and working collaboratively with parents, we will achieve positive results. The goal of this study is to present the results of the experimental activities conducted at the Buratino Preschool Educational Institution in the village of Chulman, Neryungri District, where 18 children participated. The study consisted of three stages: ascertaining, formative, and final.
