Актуальность выбранной темы заключается в потребности в формировании основ здорового образа жизни (ЗОЖ) у детей в дошкольном детстве через освоение правильных привычек и воспитании нравственно-ценностного отношения к себе и к тем, кто его окружает. С самого малого возраста необходимо заложить все навыки гигиены и питания для будущего здоровья. Недостаточное внимание к интеграции двигательной активности и правильного питания в повседневные практики ДОУ может привести к долгосрочным негативным последствиям для здоровья подрастающего поколения. Анализ научной литературы показывает значимость данной темы в работе с детьми. Физически развитым детям легче преодолевать трудности, так же немаловажно психическое здоровье. Если придерживаться ряда правил в формировании и воспитании основ здорового образа жизни у детей и работать совместно с родителями, то мы получим положительный результат. Цель стать показать результат по проведенной экспериментальной деятельности на базе МДОУ «Буратино» п. Чульман, Нерюнгринского района, где 18 детей приняли участие. Исследование состояло из трех этапов – констатирующего, формирующего и итогового.

From a very early age, it is essential to instill all hygiene and nutritional skills for future health. Insufficient attention to integrating physical activity and healthy eating into daily preschool practices can lead to long-term negative health consequences for the younger generation. Analysis of the scientific literature demonstrates the importance of this topic in working with children. Physically fit children are better able to overcome difficulties, and mental health is also important. By adhering to a number of principles in developing and nurturing the foundations of a healthy lifestyle in children and working collaboratively with parents, we will achieve positive results. The goal of this study is to present the results of the experimental activities conducted at the Buratino Preschool Educational Institution in the village of Chulman, Neryungri District, where 18 children participated. The study consisted of three stages: ascertaining, formative, and final.
