The basic principles of the organization of distance learning of physicians

Abstract

Currently, the issues of distance learning in the world, taking into account the quarantine restrictions of education, are extremely relevant in Russia COVID-19 and the forced introduction of distance and blended learning by institutions of higher education. Distance learning is distance learning, or distance learning, between a teacher and a student. In institutions of higher education in Russia, elements of distance learning until 2020 were introduced in correspondence departments. The educational process of doctors was implemented on a full-time basis, the correspondence department was represented only by the specialty "Pharmacy". However, pursuant to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On preventing the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus in Russia" and the order of the Ministry of Education "On organizational measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus", distance learning was introduced in institutions of higher medical education. The sudden introduction of distance learning in institutions of higher medical education, which classically worked full-time, revealed a number of problems, which primarily consisted in the unavailability of the institutions themselves for such training: logistical, methodological and psychological. In addition, the attitude of society to distance learning, combined with the stressful situation as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic and quarantine restrictions, has posed a number of challenges to distance learning of physicians.
