Abstract

The formation of a transitional stage of society, like every other link of it, goes through the process of searching for new alternatives. During this time, there is a significant deformation of learning, which leads to the discovery of new approaches to education. The change of priorities in the state has made changes in the image of knowledge and education, so modern educational institutions are working to create the image of their institution. The problem of creating a positive image becomes a need of the day, interests every head of an educational institution, develops into the search, development and application of managerial cognitive and artistic means of creating a positive image of the institution, as a reflection in this image of internal, essential meanings, content and tasks, features of its activities. The success of the reform of the industry will depend on the management system, its ability to flexibly respond to changes, build business strategies in accordance with the updated paradigms and stated approaches, which are based on new provisions of state policy. Today it becomes clear that the modern school is entering a qualitatively new stage of its development, which provides for a departure from the traditionalism of management, determines the strengthening of democratic processes, increasing the role of society and the community in making managerial decisions. This forces the management of higher education institutions to abandon inefficient management, to build their activities on the basis of educational management, to take care of the positive image of educational institutions of general secondary education. The problem of creating a positive image and reputation of a general secondary education institution is actualized in connection with certain principles of freedom in choosing the types, forms and pace of education, educational programs, educational institutions, and other subjects of educational activity.
