Innovation management in higher education: digital transformation and new models

Abstract
The article analyzes the key trends in the innovative development of the higher education system in Russia in the context of digital transformation. Based on a comprehensive study, including analysis of statistical data, expert interviews and modeling, the main directions of the introduction of digital technologies in the management of universities have been identified. The results show that digitalization helps to increase the adaptability and effectiveness of management processes, personalize educational trajectories, and develop network forms of interaction. At the same time, the need for a strategic approach to innovation management is emphasized, taking into account risks and ensuring the sustainability of transformational changes. Recommendations on improving innovation management models in universities in the context of digitalization are formulated. The findings contribute to the development of the theory and practice of higher education management, opening up prospects for further research.
