Professionally oriented tasks as a factor of increasing motivation for studying «Literature» and the «Russian language and speech culture» («Animation», «Acting», «Pedagogy»)

Abstract

Teaching with a focus on the future profession is a necessary condition for high-quality training of modern specialists. Moreover, a practice-oriented approach is welcome both when working with students receiving higher education and with students receiving secondary specialized education. The article discusses the importance of developing professionally oriented literature assignments for creative professions (Animation, Acting). An urgent problem of modern education is revealed in the form of the lack of interest of vocational students in reading texts included in their educational standard. It is noted that orientation towards the future profession activates the cognitive activity of students in the process of studying classical texts. To demonstrate practice-oriented tasks in the HE system, tasks for students of pedagogical specialties were selected. The choice was made due to the fact that these specialists will continue to implement practice-oriented training and should fully represent the entire process. The paper presents a set of professionally oriented tasks for students of animators and actors. The tasks for animation students are related to the preparation of animation projects and their post-processing using digital technologies. For students of acting, professional assignments are associated with the transformation of dramatic and literary material into stage productions. The paper also focuses on the use of information technology by students in the process of studying classical texts. For students of higher education, tasks are offered that involve polishing public speaking skills, applying knowledge of the basics of psychology and developing the necessary skills required by the discipline «Russian language and Speech сulture».
