Features of music education in preschool educational institutions in China

Abstract

Considering the current situation of music education and the background of music education in developed countries, music educators and scholars in the PRC have developed a new music education system suitable for China and with Chinese characteristics. In order to adapt the new system to the Chinese environment and develop smoothly, this article outlines the concept and content of the new music education system, and summarizes and explores China's preschool teaching strategy. Under the new music system, preschool teachers should also strive to ensure that children can fully express themselves in simple learning activities without constraint. Preschool teachers need to adjust the content of education according to the different needs and performance of young children in the learning process, as well as the general direction of the learning content. Music education in kindergartens should be encouraging, so that children can fully relax and develop their own ideas boldly. It is worth remembering that for young children, the main thing in learning is motivation. It can be an interesting game, a prize, praise from a teacher.
