Abstract

This study explores one of the most pressing issues related to the search for ways to organize the educational process for adults in the production and distribution of continuing professional education services. Currently, programs of additional professional education are becoming increasingly widespread in connection with the practice of implementing the concept of continuous education. A comparative analysis of the elements of the continuing professional education system (in-person, distance, and blended formats) conducted in terms of their accessibility for modern adults. A matrix of comparative analysis of learning formats with distinct manifestations of influencing factors presented. Practical recommendations for providers of continuing professional education services and employers developed to attract potential students to continuing professional education and increase their engagement in the educational process.
