Prospects for the development of virtual universities in Kyrgyzstan

Abstract

According to the authors, the corporate model of a virtual university and e-learning with synchronous and asynchronous interaction between a teacher and a student in separate educational programs throughout their professional lives, it is possible to maintain relevant competencies and professionalism of specialists capable of adapting to new conditions. In this case, it becomes necessary to create a single electronic platform to negotiate with a Russian corporate virtual university in order to join as a partner university for networking with Russian universities. The authors also note that there is a gap between the possibilities of educational technologies in the training of IT specialists and the actual use of information, communication and digital technologies in production. To solve the problem, the authors propose to move away from traditional teaching methods and every year, taking into account the comments and suggestions of employers in the field of ICT, if necessary, make appropriate changes and additions to the curricula.
