Analysis of tactical techniques in army hand-to-hand combat and their impact on the effectiveness of military training

Abstract

The study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the impact of tactical techniques of army hand-to-hand combat (ARB) on the effectiveness of military personnel training in the context of modern requirements for professional competencies. The methodological basis of the research includes a systematic analysis of educational practices, qualimetric measurements, longitudinal observation and structural and functional modeling of the educational and training process. The empirical base consists of data obtained during a three-year monitoring of the training of 426 military personnel of various branches of the armed forces, using a set of psychophysiological, pedagogical and occupational techniques. The results of the study demonstrate a statistically significant correlation between the integration of specialized tactical elements of the ARB and an increase in the adaptive potential of military personnel (r=0.78; p<0.01), optimization of psychomotor reactions in stressful situations (an increase rate of 31.7%). The developed matrix of tactical differentiation of techniques made it possible to optimize educational trajectories, taking into account the specifics of the performed service and combat tasks, increasing the integral combat readiness index of units by 23.4%. The theoretical analysis and empirical verification of the model made it possible to form a didactic platform for updating training programs in accordance with the transformation of modern military professional requirements. The results of the study can be implemented in the system of training military specialists, as well as adapted for use in educational programs of civilian universities of military orientation.
