Abstract

Today, preschool education is undergoing a number of changes and transformations in connection with the introduction of new educational standards, in connection with which new requirements are put forward for the education and upbringing of preschool children. The article is devoted to the essence and structure of education in the pedagogical process of a preschool educational institution. The author considers the features of the educational process and approaches to teaching preschoolers. The author reveals the features of the educational process in preschool educational institutions, taking into account the age characteristics of preschoolers. The article touches upon innovative and interactive methods and technologies for teaching preschoolers, issues of advanced training of the kindergarten teaching staff, and also describes the changes that require the emergence of new skills and competencies among the teaching staff. Much attention is paid to the interaction of objects and subjects of the educational process in a preschool institution - teachers, educators, psychologists, administration, parents and legal representatives of pupils. The article touches upon the issue of creating favorable psychological conditions and an effective developmental environment for the dynamic development of the child and obtaining the necessary knowledge and skills. The author reveals the principles of teaching in preschool education, among which it is necessary to single out the principles of accessibility, consistency, awareness, the principle of developmental education, systematicity and consistency.
