Recommendations for the prevention of injuries in the educational and training process

The article is devoted to the nature of the occurrence of injuries in sports, the formation of methods for predicting and preventing injuries in sports, as well as global trends in the development of methods of rehabilitation of athletes after injuries. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of injury to athletes and the search for effective methods of their prevention, prediction and rehabilitation. The nature of the occurrence of injuries in sports is considered, including various risk factors, such as the intensity of training, improper exercise technique, poor physical fitness, and others. Further, the article presents methods for predicting and preventing injuries based on the analysis of various factors, such as the medical and sports history of an athlete, his physical indicators, training conditions, etc. In addition, modern methods of rehabilitation of athletes after injuries, such as physical therapy, massage, acupuncture and others, as well as global trends and innovations in this field are described. In conclusion, the article summarizes and draws conclusions about the importance of proper prevention and rehabilitation of injuries, as well as the need for further research in this area.
