Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of innovative educational technologies with an emphasis on their adaptation to the psychological characteristics of students. Based on a critical review of current research, the aim of the work is to identify the most effective teaching methods, taking into account individual psychological factors. The methodology included a longitudinal experiment (n=120), a series of in-depth interviews with experts (n=15), as well as statistical data analysis using Pearson's χ2 criterion and the Mann-Whitney U-test. It was found that the introduction of personalized digital tools increases student engagement by 28.4% (p<0.01). A significant correlation was found between the degree of individualization of learning and academic results (r=0.87; p<0.05). It is fundamentally important to take into account psychological characteristics in a comprehensive manner: cognitive style, motivational profile, emotional intelligence. The obtained results open up prospects for further development of adaptive educational models integrating technological innovations and achievements of psychological science. The need for an interdisciplinary approach to designing the educational process in the digital age is emphasized.
