The model of formation of social and professional self-determination among high school students in the process of physical culture and recreation activities

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the problem of the formation of social and professional self-determination of high school students in the context of physical culture and recreational activities. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to find effective pedagogical tools that contribute to a conscious choice of a life path in the context of dynamic social changes. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop a model of pedagogical support for self–determination of high school students by means of physical culture. In the course of the work, a set of theoretical methods was used: analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem, systematization, generalization, modeling. The article analyzes various scientific approaches to the problem of personal self-determination, reveals the essence and structure of socio-professional self-determination of high school students. The pedagogical potential of physical culture and recreation activities as a means of self-determination of students is substantiated. A structural and functional model of pedagogical support for high school students' self-determination has been developed and presented, including targeted, meaningful, procedural and evaluative-effective blocks. The scientific novelty of the model lies in the integration of career guidance opportunities of physical culture and sports activities and modern personalized educational technologies. The theoretical significance of the work consists in deepening the understanding of the mechanisms and factors of personal self-determination in high school age, enriching the conceptual foundations of career guidance in the general education system. The practical value of the developed model is associated with the possibility of using it to improve career guidance at school, create a health-creating educational environment that supports professional and personal self-determination of students.
