Abstract

The results obtained in the course of the study show that the hierarchy of the stages of developing a training solution significantly affects the quality of methodological material and the development of an MVP (minimally viable product), while the peculiarities of the influence of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of each stage of the product methodology on audience engagement are established. In the course of the study, it was determined that the product approach is the principle by which a full—fledged product is developed, in integration with the pedagogical design model, creating a full-fledged educational product. It has been established that if I approach the creation of a traditional training program as a product, integrate elements of a product approach into the hierarchy of the product creation architecture, when using engagement assessment techniques, using idea generation techniques, this will allow: flexibly respond to changes in the service market; improve the quality of the created content; independently choose elements of the product approach model for integration they are used in the pedagogical design model; when using integrated models, create MVP as part of an independent product. In the course of the study, important methodological features of the product approach were identified and the following questions were answered: How to use the advantages of the product approach when applying traditional models of pedagogical design, complementing them with specific stages that make it possible to make a more accurate solution for both the listener and the customer? In which cases should a minimally viable product be integrated into the method of further development with the tools of pedagogical design? How to use marketing frameworks when predicting the need for a new product? How to combine the product approach as the principle by which a full-fledged product is developed with pedagogical design models as the basis for developing the content of a training product.
