Methodology of formation of physical culture of future teachers in the process of professional physical education

Abstract

The article discusses the methodology of the formation of physical culture of the future teacher in the process of professional physical education. The methodology of the formation of physical culture of the individual is based on four levels of methodology. In our study, we considered the solution of the problem of the formation of the physical culture of the personality of the future teacher as a complex, multilevel phenomenon. The article discusses methodological theories, approaches, categories and principles. The article is devoted to the development of a methodology for the formation of physical culture of future teachers in the process of professional physical education. The paper considers the main aspects of the formation of physical culture of future teachers, including pedagogical, psychological and biomedical aspects. The main stages of professional physical education of future teachers are described, including analysis of their physical condition, planning and implementation of physical training programs, as well as evaluation of the effectiveness of the work carried out. Methodological recommendations for teachers and students are proposed that contribute to the effective formation of physical culture of future teachers in the process of professional physical education.
