Dynamic and qualitatively new transformations of modern life caused by information and technological changes and the global pandemic on a global scale have intensified the rethinking of values regarding the harmonious coexistence of man with nature, the introduction of ideas of noospheric pedagogy, the humanization of interpersonal relations, the determining role of positive spiritual and moral processes in all types of social activity, among which education is given a central place. Nowadays, its improvement continues in accordance with UNESCO strategic documents "Research in education and prospects for future learning: what pedagogy is needed for the XXI century" (2015), UNESCO Initiative "The Future of Education" (2019), "Education in the world after COVID" (2020). Expert assessments of the effectiveness of the educational sphere indicate that the determining factor, the center of any educational process is the nature of the relationship between teachers and applicants for education, therefore, the efforts of modern scientists should be aimed at substantiating innovative approaches to the development of the latest didactic reality based on personality-oriented, constructive and creative interaction of all its subjects.
