Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the biomechanical characteristics of a basketball shot and methods of their correction in the educational process. Based on the systematization of modern research, key kinematic and dynamic parameters have been identified that determine the effectiveness of various types of throws. A multi-level approach to the study of biomechanics is used, including an analysis of the contribution of the lower limbs, body and upper limbs to the formation of the optimal trajectory of the ball. The empirical part of the study is based on data from 58 basketball players of various qualifications who have passed comprehensive testing using modern 3D kinematic analysis technologies. Significant correlations have been revealed between the stability of biomechanical parameters and the effectiveness of throws under various external conditions. An integrative technique for correcting the biomechanical parameters of a throw is proposed, based on the principles of a differentiated approach and taking into account the individual characteristics of athletes. The effectiveness of the developed technique has been experimentally confirmed: the participants of the experimental group demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in the stability of biomechanical characteristics and an increase in the effectiveness of throws under competitive stress. The results of the study have significant theoretical and practical value for improving the basketball players' training process and can be integrated into the basketball coaches' education system.
