Abstract

The contract system in the field of procurement is aimed at developing competition among contractors, increasing their professionalism, and is also designed to ensure maximum openness and transparency of the activities of state bodies. Federal Law No. 44-FZ of 05.04.2013 "On the Contract System in the field of Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services for State and Municipal Needs", which is the main regulatory legal act regulating procurement activities, is regularly amended, which significantly affects the procurement process. In 2018, 9 amendments were made to the Law on Procurement, in 2019 – 8, and in 2020 – 12, in addition, bylaws are adopted annually, various clarifications and letters are issued defining the position of federal executive authorities on the regulation of the contract system in the field of procurement and control bodies in the field of procurement. It is precisely in connection with the rapid development of legislation that services to support procurement activities carried out by the executive authorities of the Russian Federation have become increasingly popular. This article is devoted to the analysis of State Contracts for the provision of services to support procurement activities carried out by the executive authorities of the Russian Federation.
