Abstract

The article examines the current issues of professional education in educational organizations of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The author analyzes the theoretical foundations and conceptual apparatus of this area, highlighting the essence and goals of professional education in the context of training students in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In conclusion, a conclusion is drawn about the prospects for the development of professional education in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the basis of a humanitarian-anthropological approach. A generalization of the views of researchers on the problem of professional education made it possible to derive a working definition of the concept of “professional education”, which is considered in modern vocational education as a specially organized process aimed at developing a system of values and self-awareness of the student as a representative of a certain profession that ensures the successful completion of official tasks. In this context, the relevant regulatory documents of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs are located. They take into account the priority of education, the implementation of which is associated with the development of education, aimed at improving the quality of its results. Therefore, the educational system is undergoing meaningful changes, where legal regulation is being actively improved. Educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are an integral component of the educational system and carry out the education of cadets and students in accordance with established requirements.
