Abstract

It is a well-known fact that in the course of training sessions, the development of special endurance, i.e. the ability of an athlete to perform special strenuous muscular activity for a long time, is carried out. According to the research of physiologists, the highly efficient functioning of all systems of the athlete's body is ensured by the maximum amount of oxygen consumed by him, which enters the body through the external respiration system, is transported through blood vessels, resulting in the supply of muscle tissue important from the point of view of sports activity. This ability of the body is commonly called maximum aerobic performance (MAP), the level of which is determined by measuring the maximum volume (V) of oxygen (02) consumed in one minute (Umax. l/min). This indicator is the maximum oxygen consumption (MPC), calculated by finding the value of the ratio of the maximum volume (Y-max) of oxygen consumed to the relative weight of the human body. Methods for determining IPC have been developed, which are widely used in the practice of working with athletes, since this indicator allows us to judge the aerobic capabilities of the body, and consequently, the development of such physical quality as endurance. Along with this, the players must have well-developed speed qualities that allow them to get ahead of the players of the opposing team in the fight for the ball. The importance of developing these qualities in players is confirmed by the sporting achievements of the strongest football teams in the world. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology that helps to increase the effectiveness of football players' playing activities and increase their competitive activity. The article discusses the issues of increasing the effectiveness of the use of innovative exercises for the development of special endurance in football players aged 15 – 16 years.
