Personnel training and professional skills development in retail trade

Currently, it is difficult to imagine a qualified specialist in a particular field without a specialized education. It is confirmed that specialists with specialized education in trade show the best results in relation to employees without it. That's why now more and more people are trying to get an education in their specialty. At the same time, along with classical education, there are a large number of training programs that improve the qualifications of an employee and bring greater results to a trading company. The retail sector has traditionally been a leader in staff turnover worldwide for many years. HR managers in retail are now engaged in a competitive battle for personnel in the labor market. The monetary costs of finding, hiring and hiring employees, and then increasing their productivity, are too large to lose them very quickly. Turnover costs organizations time, money and reputation. In addition, high staff turnover jeopardizes the achievement of business goals.
