Abstract

Entrepreneurial activity is characterized primarily by opportunities for the development of the social sphere. This, in turn, determines the structural ways to increase personal freedom and public response from various human actions. In turn, the freedom of the tools used contributes to the growth of entrepreneurial activity. Thus, the business environment becomes a self-supporting system. It is relevant to determine how determining factors are the requirements that are currently imposed on the business environment. The novelty of the research is determined by the fact that the main contradictions in understanding how to form a successful entrepreneur are revealed. The authors show that a significant number of modern methods are based on fixing contradictions and the emergence of basic training and development programs. In the article, the main idea is that the fixed contradiction in the business environment requires an increase in the level of communication. This trait of an entrepreneur is defined by the authors as predominant within the framework of age and gender differences. The practical significance of the study is determined by the fact that the formation of a communication capable allows you to establish and maintain business ties, which in turn guarantees the preservation of business relations and allows you to ensure the development of a company or organization.
