Abstract

The rapid changes in economic, social and cultural conditions that occur in modern society make it necessary to educate the younger generation, which is able to meet the requirements of the society of the XXI century. The uncertainty and variability of the future requires specialists who are able to adapt quickly, adapt, make decisions independently and responsibly, focused on success and self-improvement. In this regard, in the process of modernization of the state education system, the need for the formation of a human-centered educational environment is increasing. The concept of the higher school emphasizes that a graduate of a new school is a person, a patriot, an innovator who is able to change the world around him, compete in the labor market, and study throughout his life. The realization of the goals and objectives outlined in the main normative documents requires in the educational practice of educational institutions the search for optimization of ways to develop both intellectual and socio-psychological and emotionally motivational characteristics of students. That is, the task of modern education is not only training, but also personal development, the formation of skills of introspection, self assessment and reflection. In this context, significant potential opportunities are laid in the students' experience of success as a natural basis for their positive emotions in diverse activities.
