Abstract

Today, in all spheres of our life, quite serious changes are taking place that require a competent, clear and unconditionally responsible attitude of all specialists involved in reforms for the decisions made, which will become the flagship of the development of the state and all its institutions. Separately, I would like to note that pedagogy and psychology are dynamic sciences, the scope of which includes, among other things, the study of the motives for choosing the paths of their personal development of adolescents, where the use of psychological and pedagogical technologies aimed at enhancing the learning process of the younger generation and the development of independence is important. In the era of digital content development, informatization and the transition to the Internet of many vital areas of human activity, the system of values, motivations and analysis of the prospects for personality development has also changed. Therefore, everything related to obtaining an education, choosing promising ways to implement the knowledge and skills acquired must also keep pace with the times and even be ahead of it.
