Abstract

The article examines the current state and prospects of using digital platforms for automation and labor rationing of administrative staff of educational organizations, with an emphasis on the processes of supporting social benefits and guarantees. The author s analysis of domestic and foreign publications, existing platform solutions and practical implementation experience confirms the relevance and inexhaustible potential of digital platforms to improve the efficiency of administrative processes in education. The scientific novelty consists in the formulation of the author s concept of automation of the accompanying functions of administrative staff, as well as in a comprehensive model for evaluating the result of implementing digital solutions through economic, organizational, and socio-psychological indicators. The experience of the phased implementation and adaptation of the platform in an educational organization of a large metropolis is presented, the author s conclusions regarding the improvement of regulatory labor models and the use of digital technologies to support social and legal guarantees are presented.
