Problems of the organization of professional education in the process of training specialists for the development of the agricultural sector

Abstract

It is indisputable that the structural transformations of the economic system require changes in all spheres of life, including approaches to the organization of professional activity, because it is the initial knowledge and skills acquired during training that play an important role in the future activities of a specialist. At the moment, the situation is as follows: serious changes, structural fluctuations and shifts have begun to occur in the sectors of the economy; At the same time, there is a shortage of human resources, since significant time potential is required to train competent specialists. The personnel problem is also significant. It manifests itself in the fact that university students can hardly find a permanent job because they do not have enough experience or professionalism. In this regard, there is a need to reform approaches to education, in which the issue of its constructive combination with practical activities should be resolved on the basis of obtaining professional education. In our opinion, fundamentally new approaches to the formation of the methodology of vocational education are required in relation to the training of specialists in any sectors of the national economy. An innovative approach should combine substantiating the role of digitalization of the educational process for all its participants, ensuring comprehensive, systematic interaction of educational institutions with business entities, promoting talented students, and supporting them in the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives.
