Analysis of factors contributing to the increase of teachers' mobility in the context of the innovative development of the educational system

Abstract

The article analyzes the factors contributing to the increase of teachers' mobility in the context of innovative transformations of the education system. Based on a comprehensive methodology, including literature analysis, expert interviews (n=25), and teacher questionnaires (n=350), key drivers and barriers to professional mobility have been identified. It was found that willingness to learn new competencies (β=0.36; p<0.01), involvement in project activities (β=0.29; p<0.01) and a well-developed support infrastructure (β=0.25; p<0.05) determine the mobility of teachers to the greatest extent. At the same time, bureaucratization (β=-0.34; p<0.01) and lack of resources (β=-0.28; p<0.05) are the main limiting factors. The conclusion is drawn about the need for systemic measures to stimulate mobility, including the modernization of the professional development system, the introduction of flexible career paths and the expansion of grant support for initiatives. Prospects for further research in the field of personalized strategies for developing teacher mobility are outlined.
