Abstract
construction in the context of globalization processes. The purpose of the work is to identify key trends and prospects for the development of construction education in the context of internationalization and digitalization. The methodological basis consists of a systematic approach, comparative analysis, and case studies of the world's leading universities. Empirical data were obtained through expert interviews (n=25) and an online survey of teachers and students of construction universities (n=450). It has been established that globalization stimulates the unification of educational standards, activates academic mobility, and university networking. The tendency of strengthening the practice-oriented training, integration of education, science and business has been revealed. There has been an increase in demand for flexible personalized educational trajectories implemented by online learning tools. The risks of globalization are identified: loss of national identity of universities, "brain drain", commercialization of education. The practical significance of the work is to develop recommendations for the modernization of construction education, taking into account global challenges. The prospects of the research are related to the design of innovative models for the training of competitive construction personnel for the global labor market.
