Abstract
This study is devoted to the philosophical analysis of the ethical management culture in educational organizations as a complex socio-cultural phenomenon. The article reveals the ontological, epistemological and axiological foundations of the ethical management culture, which constitute the foundation for the development of an effective educational environment. The research is based on system-activity and phenomenological approaches, which allowed us to identify the philosophical determinants of ethical culture in the context of management activities in education. The article analyzes the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational culture, which determines the sustainability of an educational organization in the context of socio- cultural transformations. The empirical part of the study, which included 425 heads of educational organizations at various levels, revealed a correlation between the philosophical foundations of an ethical management culture and the effectiveness of educational processes. The results demonstrate that the integration of deontological and teleological approaches in management practice contributes to the formation of a sustainable ethical culture. The study makes a significant contribution to the theoretical understanding of the philosophical foundations of ethical management and offers practical recommendations for the development of ethical culture in modern educational organizations, emphasizing the role of leaders' value orientations in shaping organizational ethos.
