Abstract

The article discusses the relevance of additional professional education in the field of public catering. The actual problems and requests of society to the work of public catering enterprises are revealed. The current trends in the market of public catering services are analyzed. As a result of the conducted research, the authors began the process of creating a program of additional professional education on the basis of the South Ural State University for catering specialists.
