Abstract

The article examines the key aspects of the integration of global and Russian educational systems in the context of the transformation of the international educational landscape and changes in the geopolitical configuration of cooperation. The study explores institutional and infrastructural mechanisms that ensure the comparability of qualifications, mutual recognition of learning outcomes, and the development of network-based forms of cooperation. Drawing on primary sources, the article analyzes the legal and regulatory foundations of qualification recognition, the architecture of educational standards and quality assurance mechanisms, academic mobility, and language policy issues. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for multidirectional integration through the Eurasian educational framework, to the barriers of qualification recognition, the transaction costs of document legalization, and language constraints on educational export, as well as to digital registries, the dual description of learning outcomes, and network-based cooperation as instruments for overcoming them. The study concludes that there is a need to develop a selective and diversified model of integration based on balancing national priorities with global competitiveness, with priority given to the Eastern and Southern vectors of cooperation.
