Abstract

The article deals with the problem of stochastic preparation of students of physics and technology training areas. The necessity of developing and introducing into educational practice methods of teaching future physicists stochastics in order to improve the quality of their professional training is substantiated. The methodology of such training is described, based on the application of a fusionist approach to learning in combination with competence-based and activity-based approaches. The fusionist approach to teaching probability theory and mathematical statistics is interpreted in the work as strengthening and developing an integrative approach to teaching towards the combined study of stochastics and physics. Methodological requirements for the description of the goals and content of training are formulated, which complement the goals and content of training given in federal educational standards. It is proposed to present the learning goals in three categories: competence-based, activity-based and fusionist goals. It is proposed to enrich the teaching content of probability theory and mathematical statistics with a system of fusionist physico-stochastic concepts and enrich each topic of traditional content with topics that will allow students to master the methods of stochastic analysis of physical phenomena and processes.
