The theoretical and methodological basis for the development of the neo-rhetoric of kordocentrism in the challenges of the 21st century (the experience of Novorossiya)

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of consumer behavior of young people in modern Russia as a reflection of socio-cultural values in the context of globalization. Based on the analysis of statistical data from Rosstat and sociological research, a significant differentiation in the income level, consumption structure and quality of life of young people is revealed depending on socio-demographic factors: age, gender, education level, marital status and place of residence. Special attention is paid to regional differences in the unemployment rate and the employment of young professionals due to the economic specifics of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The problems of socially vulnerable youth groups facing the risk of poverty and social exclusion are discussed. Measures are proposed to improve the incomes and quality of life of young people, including improving government support, developing vocational education and stimulating youth entrepreneurship. The author concludes that overcoming excessive inequality and improving the well-being of young people require comprehensive efforts on the part of the state, business and society aimed at social investment in the new generation.
