Author Guidelines

The materials submitted for consideration for publication in the journal must necessarily correspond to the subject of the journal. All materials must be an independent scientific research (that is, they must contain the author's contribution to the formulation and development of the problem chosen for scientific research). In order to ensure the quality of published materials and copyright compliance, all incoming articles are checked through the Anti-Plagiarism system. The materials must be relevant (contain elements of scientific and informational novelty). The manuscript must meet the technical requirements for registration accepted in the journal.
In case of compliance with the requirements, the proposed article can be reviewed by the editorial board and sent for review (expert evaluation), and if necessary, it can be discussed at the editorial board. In the future, a decision will be made on the possibility/impossibility of publishing the manuscript, taking into account the publication plans of the journal. The editorial board reserves the right to reduce the volume of articles and edit them in accordance with the requirements of the scientific journal.
The set of articles is constantly maintained. The issues are published 1 time a month after reaching the limit of articles in the issue.
When reprinting, a link to the journal is required. The manuscripts are not returned. No fee is paid to the authors for the publication of manuscripts.
The manuscripts submitted to the journal must meet the following requirements:
Materials are submitted to the editorial office in electronic form (including drawings (diagrams, graphs, diagrams, etc.)).
All materials submitted to the editorial board must contain:
1) the title of the article in Russian and English;
2) information about all authors in Russian and English: surname, first name, patronymic (in full), academic degree, academic title, full name of a scientific or educational institution and its structural subdivision, contact phone number and e-mail address of the author, city, country. The author's transliteration of the full name should take into account the fact that its change may make it difficult to search for the author's previous publications, which will no longer be taken into account in the list of his works (that is, it is necessary to transliterate the full name as in the passport or in previous works, i.e. to unify) and ORCID.
3) annotations in Russian and English (at least 200-250 words each);
4) keywords (6-8 words/phrases) in Russian and English;
5) the main text. Materials and articles of teachers and researchers ranging from 1 author's sheet (40 thousand characters) to 1.3 author's sheet ("53 thousand characters) are accepted for consideration. The volume of postgraduate articles is from 0.5 author's sheet (20 thousand characters) to 1 author's sheet (40 thousand characters). (The total number of characters is indicated together with spaces, signs of drawings, design pages);
6) the list of references at the end of the article (the number of Russian-language works + the number of works in foreign languages = 20-30). The absence of an article-by-article list of references may cause refusal to consider the article.
The list of references is placed after the main text of the article, and is designed as follows:
1) a list of references in Russian (alphabetically (Cyrillic) without numbering). This list is subtitled "List of references";
2) the second list is subtitled "References". This list, in turn, includes transliteration (according to the BSI system. When creating a transliteration, it is possible to use a text transliteration program, for example, translit.net) and the translation into English of the above list of references in Russian, as well as the list of references in foreign languages (transliteration of Russian-language works + a list of works in foreign languages, all in a common list in alphabetical order (Latin)).
Design of the main text:
1) The text, tables, diagrams, graphs, drawings and diagrams in the manuscript should be presented in black - and-white or color graphics;
2) Microsoft Word / Open Office / Pages text editor (formats .doc, .docx, .rtf, odt, pages);
3) font of the main text – Times New Roman (14 size);
4) the line spacing is 1.5.
Link design:
1) All data must have footnotes to the source of their receipt. All quotations should be provided not only with links to the source, but also with an indication of the pages in this source. The authors of the articles are responsible for the use of data that is not intended for open publications in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Footnotes are normal (not page-by-page and not end-by-end).
2) Direct speech, quotes are made out with quotation marks "", and not "", except in the case "....".."....".
3) If the citation is not given from the original source, the data of the citation source with clarification (Cit. by:...)are indicated:
4) The footnote sign in the text is placed before the punctuation mark (dot, comma, colon, semicolon).
5) The link in the text is made out (Last name, year)
For the list of references, it is recommended to select publications from the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and international WoS/Scopus databases. To get metadata from the RSCI, it is recommended to use the built-in reference system (the Link button for quoting)

To get a list of references from the Wos/Scopus databases, it is recommended to use the free Mendeley program (https://www.mendeley.com/download-desktop-new/) with the style of the APA 6 literature list.
