Обзор проблем профессионального выгорания ассистентов преподавателей университетов в Китае

Ассистенты преподавателей китайских университетов являются неотъемлемой частью обеспечения нормальной работы китайских университетских механизмов, и их рабочий статус и психологические факторы оказывают определенное влияние на эффективность и качество работы в китайских университетах. Поэтому необходимо срочно повысить энтузиазм ассистентов преподавателей в китайских университетах. В исследовании использовались базы данных CNKI, Wanfang и VIP для проведения ретроспективного исследования профессионального выгорания ассистентов преподавателей китайских университетов в период с 2000 по 2022 год. В обзоре были представлены ключевые области исследований, в том числе концепция работы ассистентов преподавателей китайских университетов, соответствующие факторы, влияющие на профессиональное выгорание ассистентов преподавателей китайских университетов, и стратегии преодоления профессионального выгорания ассистентов преподавателей китайских университетов. Наконец, были обсуждены недостатки и выводы обзорного исследования.Библиографические ссылки
