Аннотация

Институционализация патриотического воспитания в новую эпоху представляет собой ключевую меру модернизации государственного управления и высококачественного развития образования, основополагающая ценность которого пронизывает четыре измерения: личность, общество, государство и правопорядок. В центре системы находится Закон о патриотическом воспитании, формирующий объемное правовое обеспечение, охватывающее законодательство, правоприменение, правосудие, культивирование правовой культуры и координацию разнородных нормативов. Достигнуты заметные результаты в интеграции норм, механизмах сотрудничества, инновациях носителей воспитания, консолидации воспитательных усилий и формировании общественного консенсуса. Опыт Российской Федерации в законодательных гарантиях и интеграции образования представляет ценность для заимствования, однако необходимо неукоснительно сохранять сущностное требование единства любви к Родине, к Партии и к социализму, адаптируя его к китайским национальным условиям, чтобы обеспечить надежную духовную и институциональную опору для подготовки эпохальных талантов, способных взять на себя миссию национального возрождения.
