Abstract

As a representative of traditional Chinese musical culture, the bamboo flute possesses a number of qualities that enable the performer to create various musical images. At the same time, as a musical instrument, the flute places high demands on the professional level of the flutist. This determines the need to search for new solutions within the educational environment; therefore, the present article examines the possibilities of applying digital and interactive tools in the process of teaching the Chinese bamboo flute. In the course of training, a young musician encounters various difficulties, one of which is the problem of intonation accuracy. In the performance practice of professional flutists, this issue is also often regarded as a key challenge. For this reason, the author analyzes the main factors influencing the stability of sound production: the performer’s level of technical training, the specifics of embouchure, the direction and force of the air stream, fingering, breath control, as well as the impact of external conditions, including temperature, humidity, and the acoustic characteristics of the performance space. In order to improve existing teaching methods and approaches, the article reveals the didactic potential of interactive technologies. The author also emphasizes that, within the educational system, interactive technologies do not replace traditional methodology; rather, they expand its methodological possibilities, contributing to a more conscious formation of performance skills, increasing the effectiveness of independent practice, and preserving the stylistic features of the northern and southern schools of the Chinese bamboo flute.
