Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the key aspects of the formation of professional readiness among students. Special attention is paid to the theoretical understanding of the conceptual framework, including the definition of readiness for a professional path, its structural components and mechanisms of formation. The authors explore the psychological and pedagogical foundations of the formation of professional readiness, highlighting the key factors and conditions affecting this process. The paper examines in detail the structural elements of readiness, such as cognitive, motivational, activity and reflexive components. The proposed concept for the implementation of educational programs includes innovative methodological and organizational support for the educational process. Special attention is paid to the development of soft skills – skills of goal setting, self-regulation, critical thinking and communicative competence, which are the foundation of professional readiness. In conclusion, the authors emphasize the practical significance of the conducted research and outline promising areas for further scientific research in the field of professional readiness formation, including the development of new educational technologies and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the educational process.
