The system of vocational guidance for students in the context of digitalization of education

Abstract

Career guidance is a system of interaction between an educational institution and students and enterprises in order to choose a future profession and their further employment. The activities carried out within the framework of career guidance should correspond to the realities of the modern labor market. The system of vocational guidance for students is currently undergoing changes. This is primarily due to the active use of digital technologies in the education system. In this article, the author provides a critical analysis of the career guidance system for students in the context of digitalization of education, and also identifies the features of the impact of digitalization on the entire educational process. Special attention is paid to the specifics of the digitalization of education in Russia: Its main goals and objectives are highlighted, as well as areas of impact.: individualization of the learning process, improving the quality of communication between subjects, simplifying the organization of the educational process, and introducing interactive teaching methods. The relevance of this research lies in the fact that the author analyzes the current career guidance system and determines the prospects for its further development. Special attention is paid to the use of distance education technologies. It also analyzes the conditions that are currently being created for the active introduction of digital education technologies, including in the system of vocational guidance for students.
