Профориентация – система взаимодействия образовательного учреждения с учениками и предприятиями с целью выбора будущей профессии и их дальнейшего трудоустройства. мероприятия, проводимые в рамках профориентации, должны соответствовать реалиями современного рынка труда. Система профориентации учащихся в настоящее время подвергнута изменениям. Связано это, прежде всего, с активным применением цифровых технологий в системе образования. Автор в настоящей статье дает критический анализ системы профориентации учащихся в условиях цифровизации образования, а также выявляет особенности влияния цифровизации на весь процесс образования. Особое внимание уделяется специфике цифровизации образования в России: выделяются ее основные цели и задачи, а также направления воздействия: индивидуализация процесса обучения, повышение качества коммуникации между субъектами, упрощение процесса организации образовательного процесса, внедрение интерактивных методов обучения. Актуальность настоящего исследования состоит в том, что автором анализируется действующая система профориентации и определяются перспективы ее дальнейшего развития. Особое внимание уделяется применению дистанционных технологий образования. Также проводится анализ условий, которые созданы в настоящее время для активного внедрения технологий цифрового образования, в том числе, и в систему профессиональной ориентации учащихся.
Career guidance is a system of interaction between an educational institution and students and enterprises in order to choose a future profession and their further employment. The activities carried out within the framework of career guidance should correspond to the realities of the modern labor market. The system of vocational guidance for students is currently undergoing changes. This is primarily due to the active use of digital technologies in the education system. In this article, the author provides a critical analysis of the career guidance system for students in the context of digitalization of education, and also identifies the features of the impact of digitalization on the entire educational process. Special attention is paid to the specifics of the digitalization of education in Russia: Its main goals and objectives are highlighted, as well as areas of impact.: individualization of the learning process, improving the quality of communication between subjects, simplifying the organization of the educational process, and introducing interactive teaching methods. The relevance of this research lies in the fact that the author analyzes the current career guidance system and determines the prospects for its further development. Special attention is paid to the use of distance education technologies. It also analyzes the conditions that are currently being created for the active introduction of digital education technologies, including in the system of vocational guidance for students.
