Abstract

The article examines the digital educational environment as a pedagogical resource for organizing teamwork among senior school students in extracurricular activities. The relevance of the topic is determined by the expansion of digital forms of communication in schools, the growing role of extracurricular activities in developing students’ social and communicative skills, as well as the need to distinguish between the technical coordination of actions and genuine teamwork. The article aims to substantiate the resource potential of the digital educational environment in relation to the organization of teamwork among senior school students. The methods used include analysis and synthesis of psychological and pedagogical literature, conceptual and categorical analysis, and comparison of scholarly approaches to understanding the digital educational environment, teamwork, and extracurricular activities. The results show that the digital educational environment can perform communicative, coordinative, content-productive, and reflexive-evaluative functions. It is demonstrated that its resource potential is realized only when there is a pedagogically defined common goal, role distribution, transparent rules of interaction, recording of individual contribution, and teacher support. The conclusion is drawn that the digital educational environment should be regarded not as a set of tools, but as a pedagogically organized space for teamwork.
