Abstract

The article analyzes the conditions for transforming the managerial transparency and sustainability of educational processes in the university s digital infrastructure and transitioning from hierarchically mediated reporting to continuous monitoring and analytically supported solutions. The authors focus on the importance of data harmonization, which eliminates gaps between disparate systems and promotes their openness, reducing the potential for errors. The findings are based on a comparison of digital performance indicators (LMS logs, electronic document management, and financial transactions) for the period 2020-2025, time series analysis, and regression estimates, as well as a comparison of local regulations with actual work patterns and the results of staff surveys. The findings demonstrate a nonlinear relationship between data integration and managerial efficiency: when the integration index is low, the managerial response time is reduced, and the reporting duplication rate decreases. The sustainability of positive learning outcomes increases in an ecosystem-based digital environment: the drop in attendance is limited by the availability of content, while basic solutions correlate with the drop and growth of educational debt. Additionally, it has been found that the role-based openness of measurements increases organizational trust, innovation readiness, and the frequency of analysis use, while reducing staff turnover, suggesting that digital maturity can be interpreted as an integral predictor of an educational organization s managerial competence.
