Technology for the formation of financial literacy of students in higher education

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of educational technologies for the formation of financial literacy of higher school students in the context of digitalization and transformation of educational practices. Based on the generalization of the experience of leading Russian universities (Moscow State University, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, National Research University Higher School of Economics, etc.), the most effective methods are identified: blended learning, case technologies, project activities, training firms, financial hackathons and educational ecosystems. The importance of integrating these technologies into a single system that combines theoretical training, practice-oriented tasks and interaction with the professional community is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the adaptation of technologies to the regional specifics of financial markets and the needs of the local economy. The authors note that the key success factor is the combination of digital tools (online simulators, multimedia resources) with traditional formats (tutoring, problem- based learning). The effectiveness of the approaches is confirmed by statistics: for example, students who have completed modular programs demonstrate a 27% higher level of practical skills. In conclusion, the need for the systematic implementation of technologies that consider the cognitive, behavioral and value aspects of financial literacy, as well as the regional context of the professional activities of graduates, is substantiated.
