Abstract

The article discusses the use of artificial intelligence for process automation, data analysis and real-time decision-making in the university website environment. It analyzes modern approaches to upgrading the university web portal with an emphasis on improving the convenience and efficiency of interaction between all categories of users: students, teachers, applicants and the general public. The main focus is on the development and integration of three key components: interactive 3D campus navigation, an adaptive design system and a reliable web platform with instant information transfer (news, schedules, announcements). The stages of requirements analysis, architecture design (REST/GraphQL API, WebSocket), interface prototyping and implementation of PWA technologies are described. The testing results showed a significant reduction in the time required to find the necessary information and an increase in user satisfaction, which confirms the effectiveness of the proposed set of solutions.
