Abstract

The article discusses the current problem of developing the professional competence of preschool education teachers. In the context of modern requirements for preschool education, special attention is paid to the need to train educators who are able to effectively organize activities to develop the principles of technical education among preschoolers. The purpose of the research is to develop, substantiate and experimentally verify the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of a teacher's professional competence in the field of technical creativity of preschoolers within the framework of a network methodological association. The author presents a developed additional professional program aimed at overcoming the professional deficits of teachers in this field. The program is based on the principles of practice-oriented learning and includes theoretical modules, internship practice and methodological support. The methodological basis of the research was the provisions of systemic, activity-based and personality-oriented approaches, as well as modern concepts of continuing professional education. In the course of the work, the methods of questioning, pedagogical observation and expert assessment were used, which made it possible to obtain objective data on the effectiveness of the proposed model of professional development. The article analyzes the main approaches to the organization of the educational process within the framework of the program, reveals the content of the modules and applied pedagogical technologies. Special attention is paid to the integration of educational and professional activities of teachers through the organization of internships and networking. The results of the program's implementation indicate its effectiveness in terms of developing the professional competencies of preschool teachers. In conclusion, promising directions for further work on improving teacher training in the field of technical creativity of preschoolers are formulated.
