Из опыта преподавания дисциплин по интеграционным процессам профессионального образования в сфере сервиса и туризма

Abstract

The relevance of the research is due to the need to make changes to educational programs, including the introduction of new disciplines integrating knowledge from different fields. The purpose of the article is to reveal the need for these changes, to show methodological approaches and the results of the implementation of integration processes in educational programs. The practical part of the article presents the author's experience in teaching disciplines related to the integration processes of professional education in the field of service and tourism. The thematic planning of lectures and practical classes covering the main aspects of the development of a vocational education system focused on the training of competitive specialists capable of coping with the challenges of the modern labor market in the field of service and tourism is presented. As an example, the structure and content of the practical lesson are described in detail. The article may be useful for teaching staff of institutions implementing basic professional educational programs in higher education.
